- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including job postings, sourcing through various channels (internet searches, social networking, employee referrals, networking events), and guiding candidates through to offer acceptance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance on the hiring process, market trends, and strategic sourcing approaches to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, key responsibilities, compensation, and target candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including direct advertising, proactive headhunting, and talent mapping, to identify and engage with high-quality candidates.
- Stay informed on labor market trends, industry competition, and external talent pools to refine recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the application and interview process, enhancing the candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruitment metrics for key hiring initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Prepare and submit detailed recruitment reports as required.
- Actively contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
- Experience in recruitment within the UK market for UK companies is an advantage.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Experience in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment tools.

Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English ; French language skills are an advantage.
