We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who is hands-on, sharp, and deeply proactive, someone who operates like a headhunter, not an order-taker. This role is critical to our growth and to how the market experiences us as an employer. You will be the face of the company to talent, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while actively shaping our employer brand and long-term talent strategy.

This is not a purely strategic role. We want someone who enjoys being close to the work, actively sourcing, engaging candidates directly, and building strong talent pipelines. We are open to candidates coming from different environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles, from intake to offer.
  • Act as a headhunter: proactively source, map markets, and approach top talent rather than relying solely on inbound candidates.
  • Build and continuously nurture a high-quality talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, challenging and influencing when needed.
  • Lead and strengthen employer branding initiatives across channels (LinkedIn, events, referrals, candidate experience).
  • Leverage AI tools and recruitment automations to improve sourcing, screening, and overall hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, reflecting our values and culture at every touchpoint.
  • Represent the company externally with professionalism, confidence, and credibility.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in international recruitment and hiring for technical roles is highly appreciated
  • Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, HRIS, or HRMS (at EXUS we use Workable and BambooHR)
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition or executive search, with exposure to senior or hard-to-fill roles (would be a plus)
  • A hands-on mindset; you are comfortable sourcing, interviewing, and closing roles yourself.
  • Highly intelligent, commercially aware, and quick to understand business needs.
  • Proven headhunting and market-mapping skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term talent communities.
  • Experience in employer branding and positioning a company as an employer of choice.
  • Knowledge of AI, recruitment technologies, and automations.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • A strong can-do attitude; solution-oriented, resilient, and ownership-driven.
  • Comfortable acting as a brand ambassador and the external face of the company.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles is highly preferred.
