The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is a pivotal role for Robertson, helping us identify, assess, and secure top talent for our aggressive growth plans across the organization.  This role is responsible for the end-to-end internal talent acquisition function of the firm.

 

The following breakdown aligns closely with the company's internal processes and involves a hands-on approach in managing candidates through the company's recruitment lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete full intakes to understand roles, company, culture, value proposition, etc. and to establish and confirm deliverables and key milestones.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies while mapping the market and outlining intelligence to build robust networks / pipelines for current and future positions.
  • Screening and assessment of candidates.
  • Interview coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Offer management and negotiations.
  • Onboarding
  • Metrics, reporting, and market intelligence



Desired Experience

  • 10+ years in recruitment, ideally in Banking / Financial Services with a strong network of Recruiters in those fields.
  • Proven experience developing and executing a sourcing strategy for senior level roles.
  • Strong skills in sales, sourcing, assessment & evaluation, negotiating & closing, in a full cycle recruitment environment.
  • Polished and professional, with strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Previous experience in recruiting recruitment professionals in an agency environment would be an asset.
