Talent Acquisition Managers bij Sample Corp vormen strategische partnerschappen met onze rekruteringsmanagers om weloverwogen, datagestuurde beslissingen mogelijk te maken die resulteren in de beste aanwervingen. Dit is een goed zichtbare rol waarin je samenwerkt met topleiders in de SaaS-industrie in een omgeving die zich toelegt op het definiëren van hoe 'het beste' eruit ziet bij rekrutering.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Voer kritische vacatures uit voor verschillende teams op verschillende locaties en beheer het proces van de start tot de afsluiting
  • Begrijp gegevens en pas ze effectief toe in uw zoekopdrachten, wat een positieve invloed heeft op de algemene statistieken van het Talent Acquisition-team
  • Ontwikkel strategische partnerschappen voor wervingsmanagers en maak geïnformeerde besluitvorming mogelijk
  • Ontwikkel en voer gerichte strategieën voor diversiteitssourcing uit in overeenstemming met onze interne normen
  • Zorg voor een uitstekende kandidaatervaring tijdens al uw sollicitatiegesprekken

Je had moeten

  • Volledige recruitmentervaring, inclusief aantoonbaar succes bij het uitvoeren van zoekopdrachten op directeursniveau 
  • Aantoonbaar inzicht in gestructureerde werving en de rol van DE&I daarin 
  • Motivatie om te gedijen in een dynamische, snelgroeiende omgeving
  • Effectief tijdmanagement en prioriteiten stellen
  • Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden die resoneren met de stem van ons merk
