What You Will Do
- Analyze system integration requirements
- Design, implement, and test system integration mappings and workflows
- Lead customer onboarding processes
- Collaborate closely with development teams to support system integration projects

What You Will Need
- 3-6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards, including X12 and EDIFACT
- Experience in a customer-facing role (onboarding, integration, implementation, etc.)
- Experience with ERP system integration development
- Nice to have: Experience with XML, JSON, or API integrations

- Role requires working from the office in Penang (Second Bridge / Airport area) 4 days a week
