THE ROLE

Key responsibilities
The Senior Infrastructure – Systems Team is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will provide enterprise level specialist infrastructure support on Active Directory, AVD, Azure, O365, VMware and associated storage.

Specific duties
This role requires a highly skilled and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable with the following:

  • Collaborating with Project Managers to understand project goals and timelines.
  • Elicit and analyze client requirements to identify technical solutions.
  • Developing detailed technical designs, including diagrams and specifications.
  • Designing and implementing solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure.
  • Managing and maintaining Azure environments, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Identifying and implementing performance improvements.
  • Ensuring system security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Researching and evaluating new technologies to recommend optimal solutions.
  • Creating technical proposals and presentations.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results while embracing change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Microsoft Certifications (required)
  • ITIL (required)
  • Experience with service management ticketing systems
  • At least 3 years in a similar role
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to work occasional out of hours is also required but overtime is available.
