Be responsible for ensuring the availability and uptime of corporate systems while managing applications and maintaining office infrastructure with a focus on automation and security.
  • Accountability for availability and uptime of corporate systems (e.g. routers, switches, phones, firewalls, cloud components, workstations, laptops etc.)

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work instructions and internal procedures.
  • Aid the  members of the team where needed.
  • Work with local vendors to ensure equipment is to Nearmap standards
  • Work to automate everything we do!

 

  • OS experience across - Windows, Mac OS, Linux.
  • 5+ years System Administration experience
  • Exposure to scripting languages – Bash, PowerShell
  • Office365, Active Directory (inc Group Policy and administration) Okta
  • MDM (Kandji, Intune)
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure deployment and management - AWS
  • Networking and firewall experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
  • Strong awareness of Data Security
  • Strong technical documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
  • Ability to mentor other Staff members
  • Automation using low code tools and API`s
