Senior System & Business Analyst – Remote (Brazil)

We are looking for a Senior System & Business Analyst – Remote (Brazil) – Strong English Skills

Main Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Develop and manage functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business rules into pseudo-code
• Write detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Model business processes and data flows to identify improvement opportunities
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation from scratch
• Collaborate with clients to define priorities and manage expectations
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Support Product Owners, Technical Managers, and Developers in planning, estimation, and roadmap creation

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2 or higher)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Solid technical background, including SQL and database knowledge
• Proven experience in data migration and transformation projects
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Team collaboration and conflict resolution skills
