Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to join a large-scale international project in the electric vehicle domain. This is a rare opportunity to take part in building an entire EV ecosystem from the ground up - a greenfield initiative backed by leading global vendors such as SAP, Siemens, and Okta.

The project brings together over 50 nationalities and is designed as a long-term program focused on developing advanced solutions for the next generation of mobility.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that evolving requirements are translated into actionable solutions.
  • Collect, analyse, and document requirements in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to clarify business needs and propose improvements.
  • Conduct investigations and system analysis for integrations, processes, and data flows.
  • Prepare system documentation, including sequence diagrams, process flows, and architectural diagrams.
  • Provide technical input on solution feasibility and implementation approaches.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of BA/SA experience, including 3+ years of proven experience as a System Analyst in complex, large-scale projects.
  • Solid technical background with the ability to discuss implementation approaches and system architecture.
  • Strong expertise in system modelling and documentation (e.g., sequence diagrams, UML, BPMN, architecture diagrams).
  • Hands-on experience in integration projects (microservices, APIs, system-to-system interactions).
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical design.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to make recommendations.
  • Fluent English (C1 is required), with experience working in international, multicultural teams.
