Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply chain goals and organizational objectives.

2. Inventory Management

  • Manage end-to-end inventory control, including tracking levels, forecasting demand, and implementing stock replenishment strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to drive decisions regarding inventory levels at various warehouse locations.
  • Implement best practices for inventory accuracy, ensuring suitable inventory turnover rates.

3. Supplier Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and related technologies (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and best practices in e-commerce.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent are a plus.
