Senior Strategy Analyst

Sur La Table is poised for significant growth over the next three years, and this role exists to provide the strategic and analytical horsepower behind that trajectory. As Sr. Analyst of Strategy, you will partner with the Head of Strategy, President, CFO, and Leadership Team to shape the company's strategic direction—then roll up your sleeves and bring it to life across long-range planning, real estate, functional strategy, and business intelligence.
Within your first six to twelve months, you will have co-developed the Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan, built key decision dashboards, and established yourself as a trusted cross-functional partner who turns data into actionable recommendations.
This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.

- Take-Home Assignment - A short AI or strategy challenge so we can understand how you approach problems and execution.
- Leadership Interviews - Deep-dive interviews with senior leadership focused on your experience, strategic mindset, and operational thinking.
- Reference Checks - Conducted in parallel with the final stages where possible.
- Offer - We move quickly for the right candidate.
