We are looking for a Senior Strategy to join our growing Analyst & Strategy Team to help shape the future of customer experiences powered by Generative AI.
As a key member of ASAPP's Customer Growth organization, you will partner with Customer Success and Engineering teams to deliver strategic insights and maximize the value that the world's largest brands derive from our platform. Your analysis will directly influence how customers interact with leading brands, while your recommendations will help guide the direction of our evolving AI products.
In this role, you will analyze large-scale Generative AI deployments, uncover and communicate strategic opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and craft compelling narratives around performance and impact.
The ideal candidate is a compelling storyteller with deep analytical expertise, a strong grasp of customer behavior, and a track record of translating data-driven insights into actionable strategic roadmaps.

What you’ll do
Partner with large enterprises to develop roadmaps for their CXP (Customer Experience Platform) deployment strategy
Analyze data from customer service interactions to identify trends and to provide actionable recommendations to maximize value
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling presentations for senior stakeholders
Influence product roadmap by identifying key areas for innovation and improvement
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to shape account strategy, create forecasts, and quantify impact of technology
Identify creative new ways to analyze data at scale
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, strategy, or a similar role
2+ years in client facing experience
Demonstrated experience connecting data analysis to business drivers
Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write new queries and interpret existing queries
Proficiency in creating impactful presentation materials in PowerPoint or Google Slides to communicate insights clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences
Strong written and verbal communication skills
