We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Strategic Partner Manager to build and scale strategic partnerships with leading global system integrators and cloud consultancies. In this role, you will

  • own the full partner ecosystem—from identifying and securing new alliances to launching joint go-to-market initiatives that accelerate revenue and expand market presence.
  • design and operationalize partner sales models from the ground up while ensuring cross-functional alignment with senior leadership to deliver high-impact, integrated GTM execution.
  • be part of a high-performing partner management team, strengthening a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

New Partnership Development:

  • Secure strategic partnerships with system integrators or cloud resellers and structure collaborative go-to-market programs within the first year.
  • Establish and develop commercial relationships with leading global system integrators/ cloud consultancies, identifying and launching joint sales/marketing initiatives.
  • Actively network to identify new partnership opportunities; leverage excellent interpersonal skills to drive trust and momentum.

Partner Sales Strategy & Operations:

  • Build out partner sales operations from scratch — design, drive, and institutionalize commercial models for partner-driven revenue.
  • Lead joint marketing and business development strategy with system integrators, fostering best practices for integrated selling.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure GTM success and seamless stakeholder alignment.
  • Champion a hands-on, start-up mindset in all partnership activities, continuously iterating and improving.
  • Completed university studies in business administration and international management from top European institutions, complemented by international professional experience.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in partnership development, go-to-market strategy, and business transformation within cloud, technology, SaaS, and consulting sectors, including multiple successful launches of high-value partnerships and new commercial models
  • Business fluency in English, German would be an added benefit.
  •  Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record of building partner channels and go-to-market operations from scratch in fast-growth and scale-up environments, combining strategic vision with start-up agility.
  • Deep understanding of the consulting business as partners are often consultancies, backed by extensive experience working closely with top-tier consultancies and managing complex multi-partner alliances.
  • Expertise in joint go-to-market planning, cross-functional business development, and partnership marketing, with a hands-on approach to negotiation, execution, and scaling of commercial partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and build cross-functional teams, embedding a growth and change-oriented mindset, driving alignment and measurable outcomes in scaling organizations.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with professional confidence in stakeholder communication and presentation at all levels.
  • Excellence in strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and navigating ambiguity to deliver tangible business impact while fostering innovation and collaboration.
