What you’ll do:

We are hiring a Senior Strategic Designer (Customer Journeys) to define global customer journeys and identify key opportunities across our markets.  This role will lead the effort to understand and reimagine global customer journeys across our marketplaces. You’ll uncover pain points, identify breakthrough opportunities, and build a strategic pipeline that informs how we innovate, design, and scale best-in-class experiences worldwide. This work will directly shape the roadmap of the NEXT team.

  • Map and analyse global customer journeys to identify friction, unmet needs, and opportunities for disruptive or scalable improvement.
  • Benchmark global and cross-industry best practices to inspire new experience directions.
  • Build and maintain a prioritised opportunity backlog - from big, disruptive ideas to enhancements of existing experiences.
  • Partner with product, technology, and regional teams to assess consumer upside, business impact, and feasibility.
  • Present insights, concepts, and recommendations to stakeholders across the group.
  • Provide a global view of how core journeys perform and where we can unlock more value.
  • Continuously track market signals and emerging trends to keep our global experiences future focused.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in customer experience design, product strategy and marketplace innovation.
  • Advanced research capability; qualitative, quantitative, and market-driven.
  • Ability to synthesise insights, simplify complexity, and shape compelling strategic narratives.
  • Clear, persuasive communication that inspires alignment and action.
  • Experience collaborating across regions and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • A balance of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • A passion for turning customer insight into transformative opportunities.
