We invite a skilled and motivated Senior Staffing Manager with hands-on Team Lead experience to join our Talent Excellence Department at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll drive effective communication and collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful staffing outcomes.

  • Accumulate and maintain structured project- and client-specific staffing knowledge
  • Act as the main point of contact for the customer, delivery, and recruitment teams
  • Ensure clear communication and hiring progress visibility across stakeholders
  • Present projects at hiring events, interviews, and offers
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies in collaboration with delivery and recruitment
  • Assist internal teams in preparing resources for future staffing needs
  • Escalate hiring issues and address blockers promptly
  • Facilitate info-heavy meetings like kick-offs, interviews, and offers
  • Onboard and mentor recruiters and technical experts on project-specific hiring
  • Monitor hiring outcomes and suggest process improvements
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
  • Facilitate conflict resolution as needed
