We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on technical leader to design and deliver a variety of crypto-related products. This unique role offers the chance to lead global greenfield projects that will impact millions of users every day. As a Staff Engineer/Tech Lead, you will spend approximately 70% of your time coding while also managing a talented, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement crypto-related products such as crypto exchange, fiat gateway, futures, margin, lending and more.
Lead the creation of systems that will scale 100x, driving transformative infrastructure and architecture upgrades.
Lead and guide day-to-day development activities through hands-on involvement in architecture decisions, designs, design reviews, code reviews, and implementation.
Set up and maintain system infrastructure.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
9+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle.
2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership/management position.
Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high business impact and breakthrough results in fast-moving environments.
Strong proficiency in Core Java and familiarity with the Spring framework.
Expertise in MySQL and experience with at least one NoSQL database.
Proficient in distributed system design and knowledge of at least one messaging middleware and its design principles.
Strong cross-team communication skills.
