Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to join our growing AI and Data Platform team in the USA. We're looking for strong engineers who are able to clearly articulate and command the technical requirements of multiple product areas.

Knowledge and Skills

• Solid knowledge of engineering and development principles and best practices
• Solid knowledge of the tools and frameworks used at HG Insights
• Solid communication skills
• Solid organization skills
• Solid understanding of prioritization and optimization processes

• Solid and reference display of technical knowledge in multiple domains (AI/ML/Agentic Frameworks, FE, BE, Data, Infra, QA, etc.)
