  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams
  • Experience working within ITSM frameworks.
  • Workday certification is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, implement, and support Workday HCM integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
  • Develop and support Workday integrations including: EIBs (Inbound, Outbound, User Template Fill-in, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors and Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio Integrations
  • Document Transformation.
  • Configure and support Workday Business Process Framework.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing functional configurations and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain Workday Reports and BIRT reports.
  • Upload and manage Workday content such as questionnaires, onboarding, and learning content.
  • Support functional areas including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting/ATS, Employee Management, and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure integrations and configurations comply with Workday security profiles and domain policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and functional issues.
  • Follow ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and system upgrades.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
