REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience 10+ years
  • Strong experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS modules including: Order Management, Accounts Receivables (AR), Trading Community Architecture (TCA), Inventory (Shipping knowledge), Accounts Payables (AP), Payments, Cash Management.
  • Strong functional knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and GAAP.
  • Experience working with Consumer Goods or Direct Marketing companies on business process transformation and ERP alignment with corporate strategies globally.
  • Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of PL/SQL.
  • Ability to analyze user stories and translate business requirements into Oracle-based solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with user-centered design and tools like JIRA or other Agile project management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience providing hyper-care support including troubleshooting, performance testing, and end-user issue resolution.
  • Knowledge or experience in project management and cost estimation is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
  • Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
  • Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
  • Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
  • Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
  • Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
  • Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
  • Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
