Senior Staff Engineer, CRM Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 8+ years
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce customization and development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Triggers).
  • Experience designing complex pricing models including subscription, tiered, volume-based, and usage-based pricing.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and solutioning skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD-enabled DevOps setups.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing great quality code.
  • Lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture for Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations.
  • Own the complete Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) architecture including Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Contracting, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Design and implement advanced CPQ capabilities such as Product & Bundle Configuration, Pricing Rules, Discount Schedules, Product Rules, Configuration Attributes, Approvals, and Quote Templates.
  • Implement Revenue Cloud features including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Subscription Management, Billing, Invoicing, Amendments, Renewals, and Usage-Based Pricing.
  • Develop and optimize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, Triggers, and Visualforce.
  • Design and manage REST/SOAP integrations with ERP, Finance, and Order Management systems.
  • Lead middleware-based integrations using platforms such as MuleSoft and Boomi.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, technical design walkthroughs, and code reviews to ensure best practices and governance.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, data integrity, and security compliance.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead UAT, deployment planning, release management, and post-production support.

Mentor developers and administrators; establish coding standards and DevOps best practices

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
