  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing great quality code.
  • Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired states, and prepare a Salesforce roadmap.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept to gather requirements.
  • Review and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Guide the team on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and solution design.
  • Design solutions for at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, or Community Cloud).
  • Work with Product Owners to groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including: Data model, sharing & visibility, and security design, Decisions on Out-of-Box features vs. custom development vs. AppExchange product, Integration with backend systems or third-party products and Single Sign-On (SSO) and handling large data volumes (LDV)
  • Advise on customization and development: Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex classes and triggers.
  • Design and architect integrations using Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST) and other systems.
  • Supervise release management, deployment, source control, and quality assurance.
  • Document and illustrate designs with clear justifications.
  • Coach, mentor, and direct a multi-disciplinary Salesforce team.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
