RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead architecture design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and industry best practices.
  • Define and oversee solution strategy for TPM/TPO, including campaign planning, promotion execution, fund management, claims, and settlement.
  • Architect integrations between CGC and external systems (ERP, Demand Planning, Pricing, BI/Analytics).
  • Develop data models, workflows, automation, and governance frameworks supporting TPM/TPO processes.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and platform governance across Salesforce environments.
  • Advise clients on best practices for promotion planning, budgeting, accruals, deductions, and settlements within CGC.
  • Support design of optimization models to improve trade spend effectiveness using TPO.
  • Enable scenario modeling, predictive analytics, and promotion ROI forecasting using Salesforce AI/Einstein.
  • Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and being able to convert them into a technical design that elegantly meets the requirements
  • Mapping decisions with requirements and being able to translate the same to developers
  • Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
  • Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
  • Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
  • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
