Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Business Analyst with strong experience in analytics and database-driven projects. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate data- and insight-driven requirements into clear functional specifications. Exposure to AI-enabled initiatives will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and analytics requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reports
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and data definitions
  • Collaborate with data engineers, BI teams, and database developers to deliver solutions
  • Support AI/ML initiatives by helping define use cases, data needs, and success metrics (where applicable)
  • Perform data validation and support UAT using SQL and analytics tools
  • Create clear documentation, presentations, and status reports for stakeholders
  • 7 years + experience in Business Intelligence and analytics-driven projects
  • Strong experience working with databases and data-driven solutions
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business, data, and analytics requirements
  • Experience defining KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reports
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and data definitions
  • Experience collaborating with data engineers, BI teams, and database developers
  • Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, including defining use cases, data needs, and success metrics
  • Experience performing data validation and supporting UAT using SQL and analytics tools
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders
