RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aligning stakeholders and development teams around common measurable product goals.

  • Conduct end-user and market needs assessments using appropriate discovery techniques.
  • Own and define product requirements at all stages of the product lifecycle – from ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Create high-level and detailed wireframes, user flows, content structures, and scope documents.
  • Conduct UAT, support usability studies, and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Run product discovery sessions to define the roadmap, prioritize features, estimate releases, and build a scalable backlog.
  • Manage and update product documentation including site maps, user scenarios, functional requirements, and flow diagrams.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (release planning, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
  • Apply user-centered design thinking frameworks and ensure decisions are grounded in data and user research.
  • Prepare whitepapers, insights, and domain-specific thought leadership based on Ajio’s fashion and consumer experience data.
  • Ensure on-time and high-quality releases through effective risk management and sprint planning.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to guide development, clarify requirements, and ensure effective delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, increase conversion, enhance retention, and optimize fashion discovery journeys.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
