Senior Staff Consultant - Business Analysis

full-time Remote

TLDR

Analyze Colombian tax regulations and design ERP extensions for compliance needs while working within a dynamic, non-hierarchical company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing Colombian tax and statutory regulations
  • Perform gap analysis between standard ERP functionality and Colombia compliance needs
  • Design country-specific extensions where standard ERP does not meet compliance
  • Design and develop extensions where required, including: Custom tax calculation logic (IVA, Withholding Tax, ICA, etc.) Electronic invoicing generation and integration UBL 2.1 XML generation and validation
  • Digital signature integration DIAN API integration Statutory and tax reporting (VAT, ICA, Exógena, withholding certificates)

Must have Skills:

  • Colombian taxation and localization requirements
  • Electronic invoicing generation and integration
  • Statutory and tax reporting
  • Hands-on ERP configuration experience
