Senior Sportsbook Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor pre-match and live sportsbook content: events, markets, odds, translations, streams, statistics, etc.
• Quickly detect inconsistencies or errors and escalate issues in real time.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to long-term prevention strategies.
• Document shift findings and participate in incident reviews and process refinement.
• Benchmark and compare sportsbook presentation and coverage with key competitors.
• Train and guide junior analysts, review their work, and help raise overall team performance.
• Measure and help improve the team’s speed of detection and speed of resolution across all incident types, ensuring continuous progress in real-time response and operational efficiency.
• Take operational ownership of shift quality when acting as senior on duty.
• Contribute to implementing procedures and quality monitoring strategies.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in sportsbook QA.
• Exceptional attention to detail with fast and structured decision-making under pressure.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook logic and operational flow: pre-match/live markets, odds models, data feeds, trading and content management.
• Ability to assess the sportsbook product from a customer perspective, identifying issues in terms of user experience, clarity, and expectations.
• Effective communicator, confident in reporting issues, giving feedback and mentoring others.
• Proactive and accountable, with strong situational awareness during live operations.
• Experience in competitor benchmarking and incident-based process improvements.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends as needed.
