NiCE is looking for a product manager for managing innovative Contact Center (CC) in quality Management Solution.

How will you make an impact?

Continuously develop and refine the vision and strategy for NiCE Quality Management & integration solutions

Manage the complete product life cycle from concept through execution and roll out

Lead corporate functions to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans including closely working with sales, pre-sales, marketing and portfolio teams

Maintain a deep understanding of the market, the eco-system, the business environment, existing customers and prospects

Collaborate with presales, sales, partners and customers to maintain product knowledge, ensure clear communication and enable ongoing business

Create and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, derived from the product vision, strategy and go-to-market

Lead R&D to deliver on the product backlog with high quality taking time to market into mind,

 

Have you got what it takes?

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science or Engineering

12+ years’ experience with software product management, professional services, or in another relevant role

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on dynamism, collaboration, and delivering clarity in complex environments. Specific responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning & Alignment. Hub Portfolio Roadmap Management. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Communication & Transparency

Build and deliver executive-level presentations and planning artifacts

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated experience as a persuasive and persistent advocate for customer needs

Excellent cross-functional team leader with project management skills

Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and work in a self-directed manner

Ability to thrive in a changing environment

Ability to communicate comfortably across all levels of corporate structure

Ability to work with sales executives and assist with opportunities as subject matter expert, especially when offerings are new to market
