HR Operations are HR support function committed to delivering exceptional experiences through the ‘moments that matter’ in the employees’ lifecycle. We are looking for a Senior Specialist with expertise in Benefits Administration across EMEA, LATAM & APAC to join our dynamic HR Operations team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional HR service. You will play a key role in streamlining processes, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our employees have a seamless experience with benefits and HR services. You will be a core team member in technology projects with a focus to build out scalable platforms for the collection of data, build economies of scale and streamline our current enrolment process across our international markets.
The ideal candidate is a proven individual with experience in benefits administration shared services, service delivery, and problem-solving skills who is comfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced every evolving environment.
You can handle supporting a rapidly changing organisation. Using your strong communication and data analysis skills, you'll effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, juggling and accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and are able to work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You're also able to analyse and anticipate the needs of your team and their projects.
You will partner cross-functionally and globally to develop, define, and deliver services and standardised benefits processes. In this role, you’ll oversee the implementation of key services, processes, programs, and tools that enable LinkedIn’s number 1 operations priority, its ‘Talent’ to work efficiently.
