Why This Role Matters
We are looking for a Senior Graphic & Web Designer who is passionate about creating meaningful brand experiences. Someone who combines creativity with technical precision and takes full ownership of their work.
You will be the visual voice of our brands, shaping how our products look, feel, and perform across packaging and web experiences. This is a fully remote role, so clear communication, strong collaboration, and accountability are key to your success.
You will partner closely with the marketing, copywriting, and sales teams to create designs that not only look exceptional but also deliver measurable results, driving conversions, strengthening brand reputation, and deepening customer loyalty.

As a senior creative, you will lead by example, maintaining design excellence, guiding junior team members, and setting high standards for creativity, performance, and consistency across all brands.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Packaging Design (30%)
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for digital and packaging projects based on brand direction, marketing briefs, and customer experience principles.
- Design and adapt packaging across product lines using established brand templates, ensuring consistency while introducing fresh variations for new launches.
- Create digital design assets for websites, social media, emails, and campaigns that engage users and drive conversions.
- Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all design outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Develop and evolve key brand visuals including logos, icons, color systems, typography, and layout frameworks.
- Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling campaigns that strengthen brand equity and support sales growth.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing clear feedback and creative direction to improve quality and efficiency.
- Research and incorporate emerging design trends, creative formats, and audience insights to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Web Design & Frontend Development (70%)
- Design and develop responsive, high-performing web pages with a strong mobile-first approach, ensuring layouts, navigation, and performance are optimized for mobile users.
- Collaborate with marketing, media, and copywriting teams to design and optimize eCommerce landing pages that convert effectively across devices.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to build layouts that are visually engaging, intuitive to navigate, and optimized for performance.
- Develop reusable page templates and modular design systems to improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
- Ensure all web assets meet quality standards for responsiveness, accessibility, and loading performance.
- Coordinate the execution of promotional web materials, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
- Review and refine the work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback that enhances both creative quality and execution.
Key Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and web design work. Clear examples of mobile-first design projects will be a plus.
- Expertise in responsive and mobile UX/UI design, including optimizing layouts, images, and performance for smaller screens.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline creative processes, generate ideas, or enhance productivity (for example, generating layout variations, assisting with copy, or automating production tasks).
- Willingness to learn, explore, and adopt new AI tools to improve design quality and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas, feedback, and updates clearly in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and accountable to deadlines.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating through digital tools and workflows such as Figma, Slack, and Wrike.
Working Arrangement
This is a fully remote position, open to candidates who can collaborate effectively across digital platforms and time zones.
The potential hire must also be equipped with the following to carry out this role effectively:
- Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed
- At least 1 monitor screen (inclusive of laptop screen)
- Headset with Mic (Noise cancelling)
- Webcam
