We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager, Private Brands who will drive sourcing for categories within our consumables and healthcare portfolio and collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor the performance of our manufacturing partners. You will be responsible for driving the long-term strategy and execution including new business development, on-going assortment management and delivering a best-in-class Customer Experience. You should have depth in supplier relationship management and know how to develop and lead category strategies including supplier segmentation, operational performance and cost savings opportunities. You should have a track record for leading improvements across the supply chain while raising the bar on quality, fill rates, cost, and transparency. Attention to detail, eye for creativity and innovation, developing long term partnerships with manufacturers, and strong negotiation skills are some of the key characteristics to be successful. You will work cross-functionally with a talented team of stakeholders including brand managers, merchandising partners, R&D, instock management, quality and finance to drive our private brands business.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
