Team Description

You’ll join our Global Talent Acquisition Team in Brazil, partnering with recruiters and leaders across Engineering, Product, and key business areas. Together, we’re building high-performing teams that shape SumUp’s next generation of products and technology. This is a strategic and hands-on role, where you’ll be the top-of-funnel accelerator, driving proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and delivering market insights to help us hire faster and smarter. You’ll collaborate closely with our TA partners in Brazil and globally, ensuring that SumUp attracts the best technical and product talent across BR.

What you’ll do

  • Build and nurture pipelines for Engineering, Product, and critical business roles across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Partner with recruiters to design sourcing strategies that bring diverse, high-quality talent into the funnel faster.
  • Lead structured sourcing sprints and market mapping for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Share market insights, from compensation trends to competitor movements, to shape hiring decisions.
  • Create inclusive outreach campaigns and collaborate with Employer Branding to strengthen SumUp’s presence in tech communities.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics in Greenhouse, Gem, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the team by sharing best practices, training others, and driving sourcing excellence across TA.

  • Have solid experience sourcing in fast-paced tech or fintech environments.
  • Proven success attracting senior and leadership talent in Engineering and Product.
  • Are fluent in English and comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones.
  • Bring expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and SeekOut, and know how to use data to measure success.
  • Enjoy finding and engaging passive talent through inclusive, personalized outreach (for candidate experience).
  • Are curious and proactive, someone who enjoys experimenting and building scalable processes from scratch.
  • Stay calm under pressure, bringing structure and clarity to complex, fast-changing environments.
