As we continue to scale our global "A-Team," identifying and engaging the world's best talent is our top priority. As a Senior Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in this mission, partnering directly with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to build robust pipelines for our most critical and complex roles.
You will move beyond simple keyword matching to become a true market expert, mapping talent landscapes and crafting outreach strategies that cut through the noise. You bring knowledge of new sourcing tools, leverage AI-driven workflows, and directly influence the growth of a company that is revolutionizing industrial inspection. The Market & Our Technology
ANYbotics transforms industrial plants in the energy, process, and utility sectors by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach. Our customers are large asset operators and industrial service providers pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance.
Our mobile robot, ANYmal, uses legs for extreme mobility in complex environments, camera- and LIDAR-based sensing for full autonomy and obstacle avoidance, and AI for high-quality and consistent inspection results. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, and charging systems, as well as all software to enable world-class mobility, autonomy, and AI-driven inspection insights.
Your Impact
Strategic Sourcing: You will take full ownership of identifying and mapping talent pools for diverse functions (Engineering, GTM, Product, Design, etc.), utilizing creative sourcing channels to uncover passive candidates in competitive markets
Pipeline Generation: You will craft compelling, hyper-personalized outreach campaigns that resonate with top-tier talent, building long-term relationships and converting passive prospects into interested candidates
Market Intelligence: You will act as a talent advisor, using sourcing metrics and market insights to inform hiring strategies, manage expectations with stakeholders, and continuously optimize our approach to find the "needle in the haystack"
Partnership & Collaboration: You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to deeply understand technical requirements and team dynamics, ensuring a seamless flow of high-quality candidates
Innovation & Tech: You will leverage the latest AI tools, automation, and sourcing technologies to increase efficiency, uncover hidden talent, and keep ANYbotics at the forefront of recruitment innovation
Your Profile
Experience: You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting or sourcing (in-house or agency), with a track record of supporting diverse functions such as Engineering, GTM, Customer Support, Product, and Finance
Sourcing Expertise: You are a master of Boolean search and X-ray sourcing; you know how to map markets and find candidates that others miss
Communication: You possess exceptional written communication skills, capable of writing pitch-perfect outreach that grabs attention and builds immediate rapport
Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, easily balancing high-volume searches with niche, specialized roles as business priorities evolve
Data-Driven: You rely on data to guide your decisions, tracking conversion rates and funnel metrics to constantly refine your strategies
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable evaluating and using new sourcing tools and AI technologies to gain a competitive edge
Bonus Points
Proficiency in German is a strong plus
Experience sourcing for hardware/robotics or deep-tech roles
Familiarity with our ATS (Lever) and modern sourcing platforms tools
We’re an international robotics company with the A-team spread across the Globe. We give you the opportunity to be part of growing our Global presence while having direct impact at a local level. To be eligible, you’ll need to have the legal right to live and work in one of our offices in Switzerland, USA or Spain. Ideally you reside in these locations, or are open to relocate and eligible to work there. Our roles are primarily intended to be in an office or LAB, fully remote roles are only for rare and niche positions.
