As a Solution Consultant, you're not the typical tech expert—you are an energetic, creative, people-focused professional who brings live product demos to life, transforming solutions into engaging, impactful experiences that leave clients excited and confident in selecting Achievers as their solution.
What would a typical day look like, you ask? Something like this:
Connect with Account Executives and review the top priorities and deal strategies
Meet with prospective customers and Account Executives, clarify business requirements and customize value-based demo content appropriately by getting to know client needs and translating them into our solution
Recommend best practices to Account Executives and prospective customers alike
Work as point person for Account Executives providing best practice solutions, brainstorming, and strategizing the best ways to position our product
Relay relevant information you’ve learned in your last client meetings with the product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Operations, and Product Marketing teams
Respond to complex RFI/RFP questions that require your product expertise
Do some digging into our competition and stay ahead of the game
Travel (25-50% of the time) team up with AEs and broader deal teams to deliver meaningful in person presentations
Lead pre-sales activities defining challenges, architecting solutions to these challenges, and manage expectations
Scope out a deal that is getting close to the finish line and set the prospective customer up for success
ABC – Always Be Curious. You are always learning and seeking ways to make things better.
Does this sound like a perfect fit? We are looking for:
2-5 years of experience as a solution consultant (or equivalent) at a software company (SaaS preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field
Knowledge of industry tools a plus: Workday, Microsoft, UKG, SAP
Knowledge or experience in the HR industry a plus
Honed communication skills, and comfortability presenting to C-suite and decision makers
A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done.
Ability to effectively deliver technical components to an audience comprised of varying degrees of technical knowledge
Previous experience in manufacturing, information technology, and/or professional services industries would be an asset

Our Approach to Total Rewards
We’re committed to providing a fair and competitive offer based on what you bring to the team. Each A-Players' compensation is reviewed at least annually against performance and impact in role. We want you to see your path to growth, understand your impact, and feel valued every step of the way.
Our sales roles follow a defined commission structure that rewards your performance. For this role, the compensation plan follows a 80/20 split for base and commission earnings. The range for the base portion of this role is $119,000 - $140,000 and it reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on current market data. The final offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, and any relevant certifications. As with all market-based ranges, these numbers may evolve over time, but we’re committed to providing a fair and competitive offer based on what you bring to the team.
How our commissions work:
• Uncapped
• Earned based on achievement against quota
• Simple, predictable, results-aligned structure
• Accelerators for over performance
