Senior Solutions Architect (NAMER)
TLDR
Serve as a consultative leader for complex desktop-grade solutions, designing scalable, secure architectures that deliver measurable business value in partnership with a diverse team.

Solution Architecture & Delivery: Own end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise implementations, from technical discovery and design through production deployment, including custom and non-standard use cases.

Consultative Customer Advisory: Lead deep technical discovery with IT, Security, Ops, and executive stakeholders; translate business objectives into scalable, secure solutions and clearly articulate trade-offs and impact.

Integrations, Data & Analytics: Design and govern integrations using APIs, SSO, and iPaaS tools; define data models and enable advanced reporting and analytics while ensuring data integrity and security.

Product & Engineering Partnership: Act as the technical bridge between customers and Product/Engineering, translating gaps into clear requirements and providing field-driven feedback on platform scalability and extensibility.

Delivery Ownership & Governance: Own technical delivery, including scoping, estimates, risk management, documentation, and adherence to architectural and security standards; contribute to SOWs and RFP/RFI responses.

Mentorship & Scale: Mentor Solution Architects and Consultants, contribute to reference architectures and reusable assets, and elevate solutioning standards across the organization.
Experience & Education

8–10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS implementations.

Experience working with mid-to-large enterprise customers in complex, multi-system environments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SSO (SAML/OAuth), and authentication frameworks.

Experience with iPaaS / ETL tools such as Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, or similar.

Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).

Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.

Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Node.js for automation and data processing.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and enterprise security concepts.
