The Role: Senior Solutions Analyst, Enterprise Solutions

Rue Gilt Groupe is looking for a Senior Solutions Analyst to join our expanding Enterprise Solutions Team. This person plays a pivotal role in supporting our PeopleSoft-based solutions and overseeing the analysis, design, and implementation of PeopleSoft applications and related modules. This key individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and finance stakeholders, to enhance business processes, optimize system functionality, and deliver high-quality PeopleSoft solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead PeopleSoft Implementation Projects: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of PeopleSoft applications, including planning, scoping, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Functional Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, user requirements, and system functionalities to identify areas of improvement and alignment with PeopleSoft best practices.
• System Configuration: Configure, customize, and integrate PeopleSoft modules based on specific business needs, ensuring seamless functionality and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business requirements, gather user feedback, and translate them into effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex issues related to PeopleSoft applications, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest PeopleSoft updates, patches, and industry best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements to existing systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including business requirements, system design, test plans, and user guides.
• Support: Support teams to facilitate smooth adoption and operation of PeopleSoft solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of implemented solutions through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
• Multi-tasking: Participate in multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree desired in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience (10+ years) as a PeopleSoft Solutions Analyst, with expertise in specific PeopleSoft modules
• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM Financials 9.2 (GL/AM/IN/AP/PO)
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft application architecture, data structures, and integration with other systems
• Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end PeopleSoft implementation projects
• Experience and knowledge of PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, BI publisher, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, nVision and Query
• Experience working on PUM upgrades (retrofitting customizations into delivered software)
