We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Software QA Engineer with expertise in Oracle CCB systems to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software solutions by designing and implementing effective test strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate CCB functionalities and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing on CCB platforms to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools, and work closely with the development team for resolution.
- Automate test cases where applicable to streamline and enhance testing efficiency.
- Analyze test results, report findings, and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance software quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to align QA efforts with development timelines.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer, with a strong focus on CCB systems.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Java, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and environments.
