We're looking for someone who:
Has successfully led engineering managers and scaled multiple teams through periods of significant growth.
Has a strong record of hiring and developing great, diverse talent at all levels.
Can set clear technical strategy and drive architectural decisions across a product group.
Has strong delivery management skills and can establish effective planning and execution rituals.
Is a clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and represent their group at the leadership level.
Has a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes across teams.
Is curious about and actively engaged in the AI transformation of software engineering.
