Senior Software Engineer - .Net MVC

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, a master's degree is preferred

Experience (years):

7-9 years

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development with expertise in .NET and C#.

Role Summary:

• Design, develop, and maintain components of our healthcare software solutions using .NET C#. 
• Strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem, OOP principles, and multi-threading
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proven experience designing and implementing APIs.
• Experience in a lead or senior developer role managing or guiding a team is a desirable.

Overall Project/Task description

Developer with 7-9 yrs. of core experience on coding using .NET C#

May be tasked to deliver new functionality as enhancement, modification to existing functionality, and support and maintenance, in which one needs to analyse the issues raised by customers and provide solutions to them. Tasks include:

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using .NET and C#.
• Lead the integration of backend systems with external services and applications via APIs.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of all backend functions.
• Implement secure data handling, validation, and transmission practices.
• Work closely with front-end developers and other team members to meet system requirements.
• Spearhead the adoption and implementation of HL7 and FHIR standards within the company’s ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Optimize existing systems for scalability and speed.
• Manage database design and querying with an emphasis on performance and security.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust and error-free deployment.
• Document development processes and adhere to industry best practices in software development.

Any graduate preferred Bachelor in Engineering
