Senior Software Engineer

AI overview

Lead the technical execution for a dynamic team creating popular mobile games while mentoring engineers and championing quality across products.

Are you looking for something special? We are. We need a senior engineer to lead the engineering efforts for our Utah team.

This is a rare opportunity. An impactful position at a profitable, stable, self-funded studio with tens of millions of players, and one of the best no-crunch cultures in our industry.

You? You’ve been there, coded that. Years in the trenches architecting systems, shipping products, and writing mountains of code. Iterating, pivoting, and implementing solutions that blew players away. And while you still love writing code, you’re no longer just an individual contributor.

You’re also growing as a leader.

You listen. Understand the needs of the team. Use your influence—rooted in trust—to guide architecture, quality, and feature development. Collaborative and organized, you focus on the objectives of the team. You empower the other engineers, partner with the product owner, and ensure our execution is excellent.

This role requires both technical excellence and leadership.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an ever-growing portfolio of 30+ games, including some of the most played mobile games in the world!
