Senior Software Engineer - MERN Stack

Devsinc is seeking a talented and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will lead the technical design and implementation of web applications, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement and maintain APIs for connecting frontend to backend services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming techniques to improve development processes.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend framework development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with DevOps practices and deployment strategies is a plus.
