Role Overview
Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions
Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems
Contribute to technical design decisions and technology selection
Support and mentor other engineers through knowledge sharing and training
Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Investigate and resolve software issues to ensure optimal system performance
Participate actively in team discussions, design reviews, and problem‑solving sessions
Your skills, experience, and qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in demanding environments
Strong knowledge of one or more programming paradigms: OOP, concurrent, functional, asynchronous programming
Hands‑on experience with one or more ecosystems: Java, C++, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
Practical use of TDD / ATDD practices and tooling
Experience with CI tools and best practices
Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, AWS, and modern IDEs (Eclipse, VS Code, etc.)
Ability to understand functional and non‑functional requirements and contribute to effective solutions
Comfortable working with complexity in multi‑functional, Agile teams
Professional, rigorous approach and strong collaboration skills across roles and seniority levels
