We are offering a unique opportunity for an accomplished engineering leader to work side by side with the CTO and other engineering leaders in an exciting and fast pace environment. As a Director of Engineering Operations you will be responsible for running various cross team initiatives, help build best in class software engineering culture and practices, and generally help all tech related teams be successful.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with CTO and engineering leaders across various GEOs
• Manage projects from start to completion
• Lead meetings, capture action items and ensure follow up 
• Work with engineering teams to establish various KPIs
• Ensure various processes and best practices are followed throughout the Technology group
• Work closely with HR and Technology leadership to establish career paths within the organization
• Ensure best in class training and education is available for the Technology group
