Your Role at impact.com:

Responsible for developing, testing, maintaining the SaaS marketing platform software. The platform is built using modern enterprise technologies, architectures and development processes.  As a member of the SCRUM Team, the Software Engineer is part of a self-organizing process where they take on whatever task is needed to ensure the success of the team and the Company.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Play a pivotal part of an Agile / Scrum team and use your leadership skills and experience to actively mentor & lead others
  • Assume a certain independent capability to investigate and learn new technologies
  • Provide insightful and inspiring recommendations to the team backed by a solid demonstrating of your understanding of the value new technologies can/will provide
  • Champion global best practices this coding position while learning their deficiencies, contribute to the Impact Engineering Organization, their learnings & insights
  • Sign off on code reviews

 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree (highly-preferred) or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 8 years, high-quality experience in Software Development
  • Demonstrate past ownership for the entire lifecycle of designing, implementing, testing and deploying of software
  • Strong project management skills
  • Above all else - hungry, humble and smart
  • Nice to have: Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA
