Senior Software Engineer | Fully Remote | HealthTech IT Services Company

Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who thrives as a deep individual contributor and is excited to build sophisticated systems in the healthcare space. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex technical problems hands-on — not managing people, but owning code, and execution from end to end.

This is a career-defining opportunity to work on cutting-edge software projects involving cloud, data, mobile, and AI/LLM technologies, with U.S. healthcare clients. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and stay close to the code while making big technical decisions.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Code and implement modern web and mobile applications.
• Write high-quality, production-level code across the full stack.
• Own end-to-end technical execution for complex features and systems.
• Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Influence decisions and technical direction across projects.
• Act as a go-to expert across technologies like cloud infrastructure, AI/LLMs, and frontend/backend frameworks.
• Evaluate tools, frameworks, and platforms to ensure scalable, modern solutions.
• Interface with U.S.-based clients to understand their technical needs and provide expert guidance.
• Contribute to internal engineering standards and best practices.

• 4–7+ years of full stack software development experience, ideally in custom software consulting.
• Strong expertise in Python and Angular/react is preferred.
• Experience with C#, or JavaScript (Node.js, React, etc).
• Hands-on developer: You LOVE writing code.
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (provider, payer, digital health, pharmaceutical, or medical device) is preferred, but not required.
• English fluency (C1 or above) and confidence working with U.S. clients directly.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, Ionic, or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience building secure, scalable, distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM tools.
• Self-motivated, independent, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
