Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development or engineering roles, with a proven track record of solving complex technical problems.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools used in McEasy’s tech stack (Go, Python, Javascript, Typescript, etc). Experience with system architecture, performance optimization, and debugging is essential.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure.
