We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Tel Aviv team.
In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable systems that power our claims experience — a critical part of our customer value proposition.
The ideal candidate is a product-minded engineer with strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, particularly with Python and React.
A day in the life:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies
Lead the design and implementation of robust, efficient technical solutions
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive and engaging user interfaces
Build and maintain RESTful APIs across both serverless and traditional architectures
Ensure performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility across applications
Promote high engineering standards and mentor junior team members
Work closely with global cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Business
What you will need:
5+ years of hands-on fullstack development experience
BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred; Angular or Vue also welcome)
Solid backend experience, with a preference for Python (Node.js or Ruby also a plus)
Experience working with cloud platforms and distributed systems (AWS is a strong plus)
Proven track record delivering production-grade applications
Deep understanding of databases, APIs, and web technologies
Proficiency with GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor etc.) to boost productivity, plus a growth mindset around continuously improving personal and team efficiency through AI
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with both serverless (e.g., AWS Lambda) and non-serverless architectures
Background in insurance or related industries
Comfort working with remote, distributed teams across time zones
