In this role, you will
Build and maintain large-scale government services, logistics planning platforms, and RAG chatbot solutions
Design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions based on business requirements
Provide support for high-availability, high-load systems operating at national scale
Collaborate in cross-functional squads throughout the full System Development Life Cycle
Continuously improve the architecture, performance, and reliability of our platforms
What you will bring
Solid professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Strong proficiency in React.js
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Experience with RESTful APIs
Proficient understanding of Git and code versioning tools
Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages, written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience with Next.js
Experience with shadcn/ui library
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
