(Senior) Software Engineer – Embedded Linux (m|f|d)

As a (Senior) Software Engineer - Embedded Linux, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our Linux-based systems for cutting-edge devices. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of our proprietary operating system for medical devices, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Your contributions will directly impact the performance, reliability, and safety of our innovative products.

• You tailor and optimize our Linux system for various devices and architectures (X86 and ARM), ensuring system uniformity and scalability.
• You create and maintain supporting software libraries and modules to enhance system functionality.
• You will work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment, collaborating with experts across various domains to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
• You contribute to ensuring that our operating system complies with cybersecurity requirements.
• You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our software development processes and tools. 

• You have completed a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, with several years of professional experience in software development using C++ and Qt.
• Experience with Embedded Linux is essential, knowledge of Yocto is a significant advantage.
• You have experience with building software using CMake.
• You enjoy working in an agile team and contributing to collaborative development processes.
• You thrive in an international environment and are comfortable communicating in English (at least B2 level).
