Education Perfect is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.
As an EPeep, you’ll work on projects that have a real impact on students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.
We’re looking for 3x Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to join our cross-functional engineering teams and help design, build and scale high-impact products. All 3 roles are hands-on, full stack positions, spanning front-end user experiences and back-end cloud services, with opportunities to lean more into AI-powered features or core platform and infrastructure work.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to solve complex problems end-to-end, delivering customer value through well-engineered, scalable and secure solutions.
What you will do
- Design, build and operate end-to-end full stack solutions, from front-end user experiences (TypeScript, React) through to back-end services and cloud infrastructure (C#, Go, GraphQL, Kafka, Terraform)
- Deliver customer value continuously through small, incremental releases with fast feedback loops
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers and engineers to turn open-ended customer problems into reliable, production-ready solutions
- Improve system performance, reliability and scalability to support a growing global user base
- Contribute to architectural improvements, technical initiatives and reduction of technical debt across the stack
- Participate in production operations, incident response and ongoing operational improvements
- Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and growth-oriented team culture
Where you will have deeper impact
AI-powered product experiences
- Build and ship AI-enabled features across the full stack, from intuitive front-end interactions through to back-end services and integrations
- Work with LLM platforms (e.g. AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex or similar) to take ideas from concept to production
- Implement safety, reliability and quality measures such as guardrails, prompt-injection protections and output validation
- Partner closely with product and design to experiment, learn quickly and iterate responsibly
Platform & cloud foundations
- Design and evolve full stack services, APIs and event-driven systems that power our products at scale
- Strengthen system reliability, observability and performance across distributed services
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines and operational tooling (e.g. Terraform, Kafka)
- Lead or contribute to cross-team technical initiatives and architectural improvements
While everyone is expected to work across the full stack, you may spend more time in one area depending on team needs and your interests. We value strong engineering fundamentals and versatility over deep specialisation in a single layer.
About you
- 5+ years’ experience building and operating full stack, cloud-based software at scale
- Strong experience across both front end and back end, with depth in one or more of: C#, Go, GraphQL, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, React
- Proven track record of delivering secure, high-performance and maintainable systems end-to-end
- Experience with AI/LLM platforms and prompt engineering is highly valued, but not required for all roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, flat teams
- Sound technical judgment, balancing trade-offs, managing risk and navigating ambiguity
- Experience working in distributed teams within global organisations
- Growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
