Engineers at MongoDB collaborate in delivering a one-of-a-kind, cloud scale, performant, and popular developer data platform. The Correctness Team at MongoDB is a part of a collective Developer Productivity group that helps developers innovate and iterate with speed and confidence. Specifically, the Correctness Team designs, implements, integrates, and maintains the testing infrastructure tooling, frameworks, and strategies that help MongoDB’s engineers ensure their products deploy with the highest measures of correctness and quality.
We’re looking for an individual who has a deep empathy for engineering teams, cares strongly about quality code and products, and effectively scaling development. Specifically if you are passionate about distributed systems testing, elegant and robust software design, and improving the developer feedback loop with speed and ease - this role is for you!
This role can be based out of our Toronto office or remotely in the Ontario region.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
