Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform

The Data Platform team is supporting our next big bets: Data, AI, and real-time analytics. We are building an AI-ready, self-serve, and scalable infrastructure to enable the next generation of data products. Our team is a critical enabler for Data Science and Operational squads, ensuring our platform is reliable, secure, and high-performing.

What you’ll do

• Design and maintain a best-in-class data infrastructure to support critical processes
• Develop automations that improve the reliability, scalability, and security of the platform
• Implement observability and monitoring systems integrated with incident management tools
• Optimize compute resources and processes to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Set up initial infrastructure for real-time analytics and AI use-cases.

You’ll be great for this role if

• You have 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering with a focus on data batch and streaming infrastructure. 
• You possess strong experience with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• You have a solid command of programming languages such as Go or Python.
• You have experience maintaining business-critical, high-traffic infrastructure and services.
• You are familiar with the Data Engineering stack, including tools like Spark, Airflow, Kafka, and Trino
• You are driven by the end-user experience and approach platforms from a product perspective.
• Experience with End2End, load, and testing practices
